1. Standard Cancellation

Customers can cancel their booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup without any charges.

Full refunds for pre-paid rides will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.

2. Short-Notice Cancellation

If a booking is cancelled between 12 hours and 4 hours before the pickup time, a ₹300 cancellation fee will apply.

This helps compensate our drivers for the time reserved for your ride.

3. Last-Minute Cancellation / No-Show

Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled pickup, or if the passenger does not show up, will incur a 500Rs or petrol expense charge for cancellation.

This ensures fairness to drivers who have committed to your route.

4. Emergency & Exceptional Circumstances

In case of genuine emergencies, natural events, or unavoidable situations, our support team may waive part or all of the cancellation fee after review.
